Η Bashneft, θυγατρική του ενεργειακού κολοσσού Rosneft, αποτελεί ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα διυλιστήρια της Ρωσίας, επεξεργαζόμενο πάνω από 20 εκατ. τόνους πετρελαίου ετησίως.
Το πλήγμα αναμένεται να έχει σημαντικές επιπτώσεις στην παραγωγή και τη μεταφορά καυσίμων της χώρας.
